What changed in this PR
Adds the verity test-image family to the parallel Tailor workspace as part 9 of the migration, covering host and container deployments with root or /usr verification.
Changes:
- Defines four image variants with shared storage and OS configuration.
- Adds signed UKI output for
/usrverity and supporting root-verity scripts. - Registers the image family and documents build selectors.

This split preserves the aggregate migration content; the original tooling, image-config, and final trees are unchanged.
