What changed in this PR
Adds Trident and Azure Linux installer image families to the parallel Tailor workspace as step 7 of the migration stack. The build-system cutover remains in a later PR.
Changes:
- Defines Trident installer variants for default, split, and direct-streaming workflows, including ARM64 support.
- Adds Azure Linux installer configuration, startup scripts, and patchable ISO assets.
- Registers both image families and documents build selectors.

Part 7 of the 16-PR Tailor migration stack. Depends on #900.
This split preserves the aggregate migration content; the original tooling, image-config, and final trees are unchanged.
