When a Vision enable/disable save persists but catalog convergence is skipped or fails, this response correctly sets catalogRefreshPending, but gui/src/pages/use-dashboard-data.ts’s saveSidecar reconstructs SidecarData without reading or displaying that field. The dashboard therefore reports the toggle as saved while Codex may continue using stale image-input metadata, and the user receives no instruction to run ocx sync; consume this receipt and show the existing catalog-refresh warning, as other catalog-affecting settings do.

Restore the keep-native row that #7220 removed, while keeping its uniform settings rows and the auto-review override. Standard rows span the grid. Only the v2 qualifier sits in the right column, with a single-column fallback below 1160px. The four keep-native-v1 GUI tests that fail on dev 4ed45e9 pass on this head.
