feat(antigravity): preserve diagnostic per-model quota evidence (carry #6718) - #7163
Conversation
…tity Carry #6718 from 7b297ac onto dev. Preserve bounded exact model observations without changing routing or ranking, keep paused evidence current, and extract account-row projection below the facade cap. Provider-level quota snapshots feed every custom window into the opt-in quota-reset detector. Exact-model diagnostic rows restate the pool their Gem/Cla family window already reports, so one pool reset would emit up to 256 extra reset events and churn the bounded event ring and claim store. Skip windows carrying a modelId when mapping observations. Also drop the stray leading space on the structure note. Co-authored-by: baozheng <17285571+bi-boo@users.noreply.github.com>

Keep both management-api paragraphs: dev's inferContextWindow note (#7077) and this carry's per-model quota note. Co-authored-by: bi-boo <bi-boo@users.noreply.github.com>
Retain model discriminators in tray and native projections, select only aggregate windows for compact summaries, and give repeated diagnostics bounded distinct labels and stable React identities. Co-authored-by: baozheng <17285571+bi-boo@users.noreply.github.com>
The model-id row identity added by this carry gives every quota row an id; the dev WP070 credit cases compare whole row objects, so strip the id there.

Assert identities for direct and canonical subscription rows.
rowsWithoutIds removes the React key from both changed fixtures. The existing identity test covers repeated model windows, but not the direct creditsUsd fallback or canonical no-model custom window. Add assertions for these branches so a duplicate or non-raw identity cannot pass.

Maintainer integration decision (dev, MAINTAINERS.md maintainer-integration policy): landing this PR at head 0e9bda8 as part of the 2026-10-16 PR-reduction batch. Hosted GitHub Actions are stalled (runs sit queued), and the maintainer ruled out local test runs for this round, so the evidence is remote and exact-tree:

Checklist
The earlier identity-fence fix remains covered by the account/API regressions: identity comparison stays in memory, currentness callbacks are nonenumerable and not serialized, and tokens/account identifiers are not logged. This round changes quota presentation/identity only. Required exact-head CI remains pending; this checklist is not merge approval.
