Record hardening tip e3cd7d4 after #105 in the observe fields only. Prior chain prepends fcad723 after #109, then f244312 after #108, then 848aea2 after #102. Receipts were not re-executed. 848aea2a874cbaa879ea2ece13accd94d1fca20dafter #101, #107, and #102. The tip observed at this edit is that SHA.
