What this changes

Section 2 of docs/CONTRIBUTION_PLAN.md records the false identity as REFUTED and points the LPW_CONSTANT row through research/lpw/README.md instead of a raw register path. The diff against the lock is one file: docs/CONTRIBUTION_PLAN.md.

Base SHA: f244312db901cf6ede88e46af663398d496eb989 (#108). That is the parent of the first commit on this branch. The live hardening tip is still that commit. The PR stays a draft against chatgpt/drive-github-hardening-20260919.

registers/CONSUMERS.json, OPEN_PROBLEMS.md, ledger.py, and the q0_twelve archive are not edited. No flag is flipped.

The LPW headline bullet stays a regression pin only (research/lpw/headline.py). It does not discharge the R05 review and does not freeze the headline. The H5 totals contamination bullet stays open and unchanged.
