• DR map/palette authority stays D-RMAP-1A / D-DRF / D-DRAV (docs(D-DRAV-1): address-first DR map and demand-driven value residency #1775 draft, AV1/AV2 unrun).
• Math Foundry E1 proof/replay catalogue feat(math-foundry): E1 cold proof capsule and replayable R2IL recipe #1693/feat(math-foundry): certified E1 pattern catalogue and guarded baseline fallback #1694 is a limited existing lab, not a general verifier; D-DRMC owns law admission.
• MORK remains differential oracle with licence/allocator gating (EXO-79); D-SAG-6 docs(D-SAG-6): Rust Codegraph → Mathematics → Logic → Tracert, prompt and board #1760 owns Rust Codegraph tracert.
• EXO-148 unresolved DurableRef/ThoughtCommitId, temporal cross-source consistency and scope/witness gates are blockers, not newly minted types.
• EXO-50 is append-only handoff, not an implementation task tracker.
