D-NAM-5 — Partial export/round-trip contract and exhaustive negative test matrix, PR merge and cost closure
Status: DRAFT ENGINEERING PLAN (no implementation claimed). This PR writes engineering specifications, not executable integration. No authorization to merge application code follows from this draft.
Plan: EXO-152 · Handoff: EXO-50 (append-only) · Capstone path:
.claude/plans/d-nam-native-algebra-dto-capstone-v1.md(D-NAM-0 PR).Dependency: D-NAM-1..4 accepted implementations and gate receipts.
Acceptance / refusals: Only claim supported subset; independent oracle, complete output contract, test/merge evidence.
Existing owners: D-RA-2 #1644, D-NFC #1753, native ONNX #1754/#1758, EXO-86, EXO-102, EXO-115, EXO-127. D-DTM-1 #1777 is a separate optional transport consumer, not a dependency.
Review request: Validate semantic ownership and independent falsifiers before promoting the stage to code. Branches are independent against main (not a stacked git history); rebase and check merge receipts after upstream stages land.
