Maps the merges since revision (e) onto its open list and folds in the open list carried from 2026-09-18. Finding: the five unexecuted rulings of 2026-10-20 are untouched after 61 more commits, while about 22 plan files were added. Closed: the D-DRF lab arc, lance-graph-onnx over the ndarray 1-ULP numerics, the 64k slab, the semantic DuckDB differential, ndarray #317's corrections; Mississippi Queen rejected by measurement. Purpose
Align the operator's source annotations preserved + cosine only at inbound migration + PaletteZ/normalized LUT-native execution without redundant hydrate→cosine→re-encode roundtrips into the existing D-NAM / EXO-152 capstone, not a new architecture.

D-NFC/D-NFR #1753 is canonical; ONNX leaf #1754 and bounded Tanh/Exp #1758 remain existing implementations. Helix provides the [a,b]/RollingFloor/versioned-LUT precedent, not a mandatory FisherZ runtime chain; ndarray owns numeric methods; Quack/DR/SoA stay native. EXO-129 (#1726/#1731) and EXO-132 forbid assuming palette multi-hop composition without a commutation/closure test. EXO-127 owns cold law admission. EXO-50 is coordination only, D-DTM #1777 an optional consumer.
Status / approval
S0 documentation only. No code or tests were run; no changes to Cargo, PR ownership, public ABI, execution, STATUS_BOARD or INTEGRATION_PLANS. Sibling paths / audio Pi specifications are source-backed but hardware not personally verified. Implementation PZL-1..PZL-5 each separately authorized. Request owner review of representation identity, discrete-rounding parity, provenance preservation and negative controls before implementation.
