feat(cli): lead the CLI install with the native binary - #449

The native install upgrades itself from signed releases; an npm install waits for npm. The /cli hero now picks macOS / Linux, Windows, or npm, native first. skilld.dev/install.sh and /install.ps1 302 to the latest release so the printed commands stay short, and the production smoke check guards both.

A native skilld install upgrades itself from signed releases. An npm install only prints a notice and waits for you to run npm.
/clistill led with npm and kept the native command in a macOS and Linux aside. Windows had no native command on the site, although the latest release shipsinstall.ps1./clihero now has amacOS / Linux,Windows,npmswitch above the CLI install chip, withmacOS / Linuxpreselected. A line under the chip says what each choice gives you.skilld.dev/install.shandskilld.dev/install.ps1answer with a 302 toreleases/latest/download. The install URL drops from 72 characters to 29, and GitHub Releases still serves every script and binary.CLI_INSTALL_SCRIPTSinshared/skill-commands.tsfeeds the route rules, the printed commands, and the production smoke check. The smoke check expects both 302s, so a lost redirect rolls the deploy back.RunChipmoved to_ChipSwitch, so both chips draw the same control./docs/cliheader and its generator lead with the native command and list all three.COPY.mdrecords the switch labels and the two consequence lines.npx skilld runandnpx skilld install skilld --globalstay on npx. A one-off command needs no install.The native path has little use so far.
install.shhas 26 downloads across all releases, andinstall.ps1has none. npm had 1,916 downloads from 28 September to 4 October.
