docs: point the install commands at skilld.dev - #200

/install.shand/install.ps1as 302s to this repository'sreleases/latest/downloadassets, andskilld.dev/cliprints the short commands. The README and the usage comments at the top of both scripts still printed the long GitHub URL.They now print
curl -fsSL https://skilld.dev/install.sh | shandirm https://skilld.dev/install.ps1 | iex. GitHub Releases still serves every script and binary.
