Trending cards and footer links overflow at 320px, and the homepage misses the CLI's run and fork benefits.
Keep the homepage layout and branding, explain run and fork, shorten the H2s, and link developer setup.
Search controls stack on phones, the provenance rail gets shorter, and narrow cards and footer links fit the screen.
