gaurav-nelson/github-action-markdown-link-check is deprecated. Use lycheeverse/lychee-action instead, both in this repository's workflow and in the workflow shipped with the template. The link check does not need the SIMATIC AX tooling, so it no longer runs inside the apax CI container. Fixes simatic-ax#70

Same change as in template-app (simatic-ax/template-app#73).
gaurav-nelson/github-action-markdown-link-checkis deprecated, so this PR replaces it withlycheeverse/lychee-action@v2:check-linksjob without the container.Note: Lychee checks all Markdown files, not only modified ones as before. There are no broken links in this repository right now.
Tested on my fork: the workflow passes with 6 links checked and 0 errors.
