0001 applies unchanged: it only adds a new LICENSE.ruamel_yaml file at the project root, so it does not depend on any line offsets elsewhere. Checked upstream's release-v2.5.4 MANIFEST.in, setup.py PACKAGE_DATA and the srsly/ruamel_yaml tree against release-v2.5.3: the vendored ruamel.yaml LICENSE is still unpackaged and no root-level LICENSE.ruamel_yaml exists yet, so the same gap remains. Verified the patch applies cleanly against a fresh release-v2.5.4 checkout and that the copied text matches srsly/ruamel_yaml/LICENSE byte for byte.
