+Upstream-Status: To upstream [not yet submitted; the same gap is in every srsly 2.x wheel on PyPI and srsly 3.0.0 unvendors the library altogether, so this needs a maintainer decision on the 2.x line rather than a drive-by PR]

+srsly vendors ruamel.yaml under srsly/ruamel_yaml and ships it in every
+wheel, but srsly/ruamel_yaml/LICENSE is not packaged: MANIFEST.in only
+recurses over source files and PACKAGE_DATA only globs *.pyx/*.pxd/*.c/
+*.h/*.cpp, so the wheel carries srsly's own MIT LICENSE alone. None of
+the vendored ruamel.yaml modules carries a copyright header either, so
+nothing in the wheel reproduces the notice its MIT licence requires to
+travel with copies.

+The other vendored trees do not have this problem -- ujson, msgpack and
+cloudpickle each keep their full licence text in the sources that ship in
+the wheel (srsly/ujson/lib/ultrajson.h, srsly/msgpack/pack.h,

+Copying the file to the project root as LICENSE.ruamel_yaml needs no
