Deletions only: 7 files, −1,322 lines, on main 88531fa.

• start and site:start stay: both targets exist (@object-ui/console preview, @object-ui/site start) and ui/apps/console/README.md documents pnpm start.
• check stays: root ci.yml runs pnpm --dir ui run check.

Verification (head e1651b4)

• Exact-name git grep across the whole tree (AGENTS.md, skills, .claude, docs, every manifest, CHANGELOGs excluded) for both scripts, the ledger and the six aliases: no hits outside the deleted files and the two removed rows. No governed text touched.
• ui suites that read the scripts inventory and manifest (markdown-test-inputs, package-scripts-vitest-projects, check-unreferenced-sources, ci-cd-pipeline-doc, vitest-invocation-guard): 5 files, 200 tests passed. pnpm --dir ui run check:unreferenced-sources exit 0, check:test-path-roots exit 0.

• One report-only census per PR: tsconfig-test-parity-census (430 lines plus ~10 pointer comments), page-key-read-census (1,146), dollar-dialect-alias-census (1,109), check-component-surface-parity (2,584), changeset-polarity-census (3,525, split in two to stay under the 3,000-line human-merge threshold).
• Then the mechanical tsconfig dedupe.
• The eight gate-shaped scripts listed on chore(ui-tooling): drop the dead turbo globalDependencies marker and three scripts nothing runs (slice 1 of #25920) #26004 stay for a maintainer wire-or-delete ruling.
