pkgdown: add mergeDifexp() and searchExternal() to the reference index - #279

build_reference_index() fails on the release PR because neither topic is listed. mergeDifexp joins compareSignatures; searchExternal joins writeSignatureSearchScript under a section for searching beyond the repository. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
