What

Rename the secret-scanner caller job key secret-scan → scan in .github/workflows/secret-scanner.yml, so the check context becomes scan / gitleaks — the context the estate Secret-Scan-Floor ruleset (D243/D244) requires. One-line change; reusable pin, triggers and permissions unchanged. actionlint output is identical before and after.

Secret-Scan-Floor (D243/D244) requires the context `scan / gitleaks` estate-wide. The caller job key here was `secret-scan`, which emits `secret-scan / gitleaks` and can never satisfy the floor. Rename only; the reusable pin and permissions are unchanged.

actionlint output identical before and after.

Synchronise the secret-scan CI context contract.

The pull-request checker requires each declared caller-job-id to exist. The workflow now defines scan, but the contract still declares secret-scan. The checker therefore fails the CI-context job.

Update the machine-readable contract and documentation to use scan.

Suggested fix
- caller-job-id = "secret-scan"
+ caller-job-id = "scan"

#62 (D243) renamed the secret-scanner caller job from `secret-scan` to
`scan`, so it publishes `scan / gitleaks`, `scan / rust-secrets` and
`scan / shell-secrets`. .machine_readable/CI-CONTEXTS.a2ml still named
the old caller, and `Required contexts are producible` has been red on
main since (CONTRACT BROKEN: 'no longer defines caller job secret-scan').
The contract and the docs table now name the caller as it is.

Reproduced: tools/check-ci-contexts.sh . --no-network → CONTRACT BROKEN,
rc=1. After: contract intact, rc=0.

## Summary

`Required contexts are producible` has been red on `main` since #62
(2026-10-01). That PR (D243) renamed the secret-scanner caller job from
`secret-scan` to `scan`, but `.machine_readable/CI-CONTEXTS.a2ml` still
declares the old caller:

```
::error::.github/workflows/secret-scanner.yml no longer defines caller job 'secret-scan' …
check-ci-contexts: CONTRACT BROKEN
```

This changes the contract's `caller-job-id` and `published-contexts`,
plus the matching row in `docs/CI-CONTEXTS.adoc`, to `scan` / `scan /
gitleaks|rust-secrets|shell-secrets`. Three lines in two files. No
workflow is changed.

## Type of change

- [x] 🐛 Bug fix (non-breaking change that fixes an issue)
- [x] 🔧 Build / CI / tooling

## How has this been verified?

- `bash tools/check-ci-contexts.sh . --no-network` on `main`'s tree →
`CONTRACT BROKEN`, rc=1 (reproduced)
- the same command after this change → `check-ci-contexts: contract
intact`, rc=0

## Notes for reviewers

The same commit is ported into #65 (Lean v4.35.0 move), which hits this
pre-existing red. Once this merges, the port is a no-op there.
