Summary

Raise the independent Python Decimal reference precision to 460 digits and regenerate all checked Julia fixture constants from that source.
Preserve enough independent digits for the 1024-bit concurrent precision test while keeping the checker and fixtures in exact agreement.

This is a narrowly scoped follow-up to PR #208: its frontend build and Bun checks passed, but the CI job stopped at the independent-reference check because only REF_LN2 had been extended. The PR was merged before that check completed; issue #18 remains open pending green verification.

Package loading — `using MetaManifold` fails on main: - src/core/doi.jl declared `module DOI` twice (lines 4 and 21) with one terminator, a ParseError at EOF before any test can run. The declaration after the header comment is kept. - src/MetaManifold.jl included analysis/clade_cumulus.jl twice and never included analysis/compositional.jl, which Differential imports CompositionalModels from (UndefVarError as soon as it is loaded). Frontend: `npx tsc --noEmit` clean, `bun test src` 85/85, `npm run build` succeeds. CI is the first real execution of the Julia suite, and I will follow it and fix what it reports.
