1. absent with last_seen_commit: null. The contract requires the field, but these carriers never existed, so null is the honest value. If GB-5 wants a different encoding, I'll amend.
2. Branch-dependency risk (open): the historical pin 64c3c17670ebf4111be40ccea8aff5c1a10110f1 is off main ancestry (it's reachable only via origin/cursor/inventable-rn-absent-empty-honesty-f2a8). If that ref is deleted, the record fails closed.

Follow-ups (non-blocking)

• F2 (from agent 2, 525/6365082117): all 7 hist.* historical records cite the same STATUS_RN_UNIF.md blob ccd542fb. Pins and bytes are verified, but whether that one document is the right source for each node (semantic fit) has not been checked. Follow-up: a per-node fit check. It doesn't block this PR, and these records never count as bound anyway.
• hist.lemma_closed has no record on purpose (protected register): 22 GB-7b nodes, 21 records.

Tests (clean venv with pytest, python -m unittest discover -s tests -p 'test_*')

• Before, main 152ac088: Ran 1249, OK (skipped=11)
• After, merge head 1997fa9b: Ran 1255, OK (skipped=11). The +6 are the new v2 test.
• tests.test_graph_artifact_bindings_v2: 6/6 OK. The v2 file is valid JSON with no duplicate keys and 21 unique node_ids (hist.lemma_closed deliberately has no record).
• Earlier runs at 29b7d596 showed 9 test_pytest_bytecode_policy failures. Those came from the box environment (pytest installed only in the user site), not the code; see 475/6364964929.
