GB-7a: v2 graph-artifact bindings skeleton

This PR adds architecture/graph-artifact-bindings.v2.json to the merged GB-5 v2 contract (#522, merged as e1d1ebc2). It is a data-only change: one new file, with no code, workflow, CI, settings or required-check changes. The v1 file public-artifact-index-bindings.json is not touched.

Root contents

node_source follows the CoS ruling: it records the source already in use and does not pick a new one.

• The existing export docs/site/current.json (blob a64fb6d9768ada12b9884adac854e0ccdd5a910e at e1d1ebc2) has graph.identity pointing at:

• The declared shape is exactly the contract's {kind, repository, path, commit}, with kind: site-projection. The #blob above is the verification pin for the compact ref. Per the ruling, any ref that can't be verified at its pin counts as unbound.

scope is ["architecture/**"]. tools/ is out of scope by default (contract answer 7; CoS 475/6363821118).

This PR adds the new file itself under architecture/. It has no node either, so it is also unbound.

The v2 schema has no unbound or report field (states are computed by the checker), so the list lives here and not in the file.

Validation

Run locally with nice -n 10 on at most 2 cores.

Contract checks: main has no v2 validator yet (GB-6 / #521 is not merged), so I checked the file by hand against the contract text:

• The root keys are exactly the four required ones, with no duplicates.
• schema_version is 2.
• node_source has exactly the four keys, a valid kind, a valid repository pattern and a 40-hex commit.
• scope is sorted and unique.
• bindings is [].
• node_source equals current.json graph.identity.

The file blob I computed locally equals the pushed blob 24a77051.

Existing tests: python3 -m unittest tests.test_architecture_artifact_index tests.test_evidence_path tests.test_architecture_graph_artifact_readback tests.test_site_graph_projection ran 107 tests, OK.
