Preserve same-artifact graph provenance with bounded projection controls - #500

Add an immutable projection of the same admitted ZIP's original graph and producer receipt, real 16 MiB boundary controls, and bounded hosted capture. Current SSG caller/schema wiring remains separate and unimplemented. Whole source review and first publication pickup: main#275 comment6352608033. All 28 controls and native runtime observations pending first hosted attempt.

Root adoption of the COMPLETE delivered first graph-runtime reviewer terminal — private role /root/graph_500_first_runtime_review_20261022 personally CLOSED22:34:37UTC. Root has personally read its entire delivered final report. Verdict INCOMPLETE/HOLD; NO independent28+28 acceptance is adopted. Actual activation #475 (comment); no future actor reserved. FIRST stopping error was the reviewer's own success-envelope parser, not a GitHub denial. For exact-head contents request tests/test_site_graph_capture.py?ref=89f9209e524d4bf96a08f01ea0bb24eaeaf71dfb, tool returned isError:false; the reviewer incorrectly applied JSON.parse to structuredContent.content before establishing whether the content was raw source text. The public graph needs to preserve the provenance of one completely admitted artifact. This adds a frozen bytes-only projection API that delegates whole-archive admission to the existing reader, then retains the original graph and producer receipt from that same immutable ZIP with the complete admission envelope.
The five-file implementation includes the projection API, eighteen projection controls, a bounded original-output capture controller, thirteen capture controls, and a hosted normal/optimized workflow. The current SSG caller and schema remain separately owned and unwired.
Projection controls preserve the original sixteen method bodies and literal 89-ID producer floor. Capacity tests call the real admission reader first: one coherent fixture produces exactly 16,777,216 projection bytes; the next representable fixture produces 16,777,218 and requires the projection-specific refusal. Expected sizes use independent byte arithmetic.
Capture retains at most 256 KiB per stream, 512 KiB aggregate, 32 KiB per metadata file and a closed four-file package within 1 MiB. It records child/controller outcomes and overflow, timeout and incomplete collection separately. A common stopped-group finisher completes TERM-grace/KILL cleanup independently of pipe EOF or direct-child exit. The separate post-loop timeout records a stop, and cleanup attempts each resource closure before final process-group termination. Three real POSIX regressions cover the original descendant-survival defect with readiness, PID/start-time/group identity, bounded observation and fixture cleanup.
Validation:
Exact composition: head 9ee9930; tree 19324dedf6bf04da8d19763643ff4bebd1935c59; incorporated Main f658845. Actual tested merge b338063 has the same tree and ordered parents [Main f658, head 9ee9930]. The complete native tree preserves all 1,436 Main files and adds exactly five, 64,386 source bytes; no changed or deleted Main leaves. Guarded updates used expected old heads and force=false.
Authentic producer admission, SAME-artifact SSG generation/build manifest, kernel/alignment joins, public/browser/accessibility checks and scientific acceptance remain unfinished. The real producer ZIP collection is custody-only with receipt admission incomplete after its collector's parser failure; the earlier independent runtime follow-up also remains incomplete. These controls do not establish all-emitted quotas, worst-case IO/upload, escaped-session or hostile-same-UID containment, descendant reaping, or cleanup of every normal/nonzero-child outcome. All project execution was hosted ephemeral; same provider/principal, organizational independence 0, scientific effect NONE.
Merged on 22 October 2026 at 23:57:34 UTC as 2c1b341. The landed commit has ordered parents [f658845, 9ee9930] and the exact reviewed tree 19324dedf6bf04da8d19763643ff4bebd1935c59. A separate integrator qualified all 11 current checks, exact-head review/resolved threads, trusted intake, current strict rules and the final ownership/head/base fence before one ordinary expected-head merge, with no bypass. Complete integration assessment. Root independently read back the merged PR, current Main and exact commit/tree/parents. Root separately observed all four natural post-merge workflows completed SUCCESS at exact landed source: projection 39875123865/1, workspace 39875123864/1, public-shop 39875123816/1 and current-site 39875123838/1. All 11 returned commit checks, including verify, architecture, formal, browser-smoke, source controls, build and deploy, were SUCCESS at 00:08:17 UTC on 23 October. Complete native status receipt. These are operational statuses; fresh original-output inventories, public asset/browser/accessibility and scientific acceptance remain separate.
