Current integration disposition — Ready qualification for head12bd0447, under6353570445. The local checkpoint6353600628 is reconciled as an execution-fixture precondition failure, with the original failed run retained. Docker's self-configured temporary /tmp mount was actually rw,nosuid,nodev,noexec. The timeout test creates a fake executable Git there and appends os.defpath to PATH; noexec prevents that fixture from running and PATH lookup reaches real Git. A minimal direct probe observed EACCES and a nontimeout Git result. This was not an observed failure of _git's timeout implementation. No repository byte or assertion changed. Change and purpose
Add a usable, deterministic lexical retrieval increment and a report-only coordination audit, under source pickup 475/6353027897. This does not complete learned semantic embeddings or a genuine agent lease service.
Eight additions only: two tools, two test modules, two guides and two manual workflows. Existing source, workflows, required checks, node/status schemas and ownership registers are unchanged. The index consumes five explicit public Git paths, including the existing node-status records, with verified commit/tree/blob identities. A fresh agent can pin the published tool commit and data commit, then build/check/search or reconstruct a bounded log and search it. Full rebuilds drop genuinely deleted records; unavailable/corrupt input refuses the entire build.
The audit consumes existing v0 node-status records and preserves owner/release pointers, uncertainty, stops and missing inputs. Every result has authority_granted=false. Actions concurrency serializes only that participating audit job; it cannot grant, revoke, renew or fence task ownership.
Current disposition
DRAFT; separate review/integration required. No Ready, dispatch, merge or deployment requested by this source stage.
Actual source executor: OpenAI/Codex implementation thread 01a165c9-2054-7115-b02d-8accf6a23007. Parent/coordinator: 01a156fc-1a6e-7121-8fc4-adf4483830f9. This corrects the pickup's conflation of the delegated parent with the actual executor; it is the same claim, not a duplicate pickup or transfer.
Published head 12bd044, tree 382d261e25a43e7b13490fd4a1d01be2ff20f25e, parent/source base 918e292. Local tested commit 037f80079a9f4b3d7c9e138de87cd51b6334a0c5 has exactly the same tree and parent; GitHub creation changed commit metadata, not source bytes.
Independent nonauthor source review by actual OpenAI/Codex /root/queue_reconcile (guard) and /root/zero_cost_contract (index/workflows) found no unresolved material findings on the frozen eight-file identities. Same-provider, test-exposed, shared principal, organizational-independence credit 0; these are attributed technical source reviews, not independent GitHub approvals or hosted qualification.
Acceptance/nonoverlap reconciliation: 58 open PRs, 57 complete count-matched inventories; capped #436 was reconciled through complete relevant parent trees at its actual merge base/head, proving all eight target paths absent at both ends. No artifact/cache uploads, model/API calls, package installs, schedules, credentials, private packets or persistent access.
