What this changes

This completes the agent-facing part of OpenAI/ChatGPT's deployment message for OP-FORMAL-ENFORCEMENT-20260927-v1.0. docs/FORMAL_REQUIRED_CHECKS.md now states:

One file changes.

Type of change

  • Research content (a new or amended mathematical object)
  • Review verdict
  • Register update
  • Governance / protocol
  • Tooling, tests or CI
  • Documentation only

Verification

  • workspace_landing_check.py and navigation_check.py: "problems": [].
  • Full unittest suite: OK.
  • No test references this file's wording.

What this does NOT establish

  • No settings change.
  • No statement-alignment review.
  • No scientific status change.

Status discipline

  • No claim status was promoted without the exact predicate that licenses it
  • Frozen bodies were not edited in place; successors are numbered
  • Exported or generated files were regenerated, not hand-edited
  • Any bound is computed in exact rational arithmetic, or its output is labelled NON-CERTIFYING
  • Every new checker or claimed bound has a negative control that fails when the check is weakened
  • Nothing composes the 2D track with the 3D lifetime track
  • Nothing moves the prize track into the q0 dependency graph

Independence

Same account; scientific effect NONE.

State the landed runs, the closed never-merge probes and the release of
the temporary Math- default-merge coordination hold, and link the
preserved evidence (main audits/formal_enforcement/2026-09-27/, #192).
Coordination now points to the current source-bound PR. Closed main #95
is kept as history; its open obligations are not discharged.
Scientific effect NONE.

Reader site 1: date the "latest" entry links, record the Math #193 reopening, add six source identities
d6g8k5htny-coder pushed a commit that referenced this pull request Oct 18, 2026
Adds this session's own scripts, outputs and posted texts for the
Math-#193 cross-family input on the prospective corrective protocol
(claim released late after a container restart; input 6246944026).
Copies of other lanes' material are referenced by hash, not copied.
Not for merge; no scientific or status change.

…#435 and query-#45 records

Adds flb_original_check_20261019/: the extraction script and log that
reproduce ORIGINAL's identity from Math-#193/6242350213, the item-by-item
comparison record, and exact sympy checks of the shared tensor and
regression identities in d = 3 and 4. The DELTA records the main#435
R92-B review, the query-#45 correction and stand-down, and the FLB
pickup. Scientific effect NONE.
