…ing coefficient (certified c_G grid; scientific effect NONE)
New packet frontiers/c8_cap_failure_coefficient_planar_20260930 with its replay workflow.
Theorem G: for the planar six-pin law and the good event G_r of [LP] section 7 /
[CAP] (1), Q^W(G_r^c) = c_G(b, k) r^3 + o(r^3) with c_G = R(b) J(k); R(b) in closed
form, J(k) a Gaussian expectation of the contact jets reduced to three one-dimensional
integrals and certified at k in {1/6, 1/2, 3/4, 1, 3/2, 2} (exact rational intervals,
mean-value cell quadrature with forward-mode derivatives, closed-form tails).
Consequences: every admissible C at (b, k) is at least c_G(b, k) (above 5.3e6 on the
Math-#195 band); the cap route is informative only below r = c_G^(-1/3); the recorded
constant of [CAP] at (6/5, 1/6) exceeds the sharp coefficient by more than 6e18; the
criterion overstates the true elder-failure coefficient alpha_1 + alpha_2 by 7e4 to 2e6.
Supplies neither C nor r_*: C8 stays OPEN. No register, catalog, GRAPH or STATUS change.

…tonicity check, reference-kernel qualification (Codex findings on Math-#203) - cap_coefficient.py: the |v| > V_MAX tail majorant now carries the coefficients its own derivation gives, (4/3) v^6 + 12k |om| v^4 + 36k^2 om^2 v^2 + 36k^3 |om|^3 (the committed v1 had 5/6 and 9k for the first two); RESULTS.json regenerated and byte-identical (the tail is below 1e-25). - cap_coefficient.py: the "R decreasing on the grid" rule now requires consecutive enclosures to be disjoint (lower of the earlier above upper of the later). - NOTE.md, README.md: every numerical consequence is stated as a reference-kernel statement; for the torus kernel the coefficient c_G^{L,R} differs by an unenclosed O(L^6 e^{-L^2/2}); the delta(k) values are stated on the certified grid only, with no uniform claim on k >= 1. …onstants C_cap only (P1 of reviews 5372981851 and 5373266293 on Math-#203) [LP] Theorem A bounds 1 - p_r; its proof bounds the larger Q^W(G_r^c) in (7.8) and uses 1 - p_r <= Q^W(G_r^c). A coefficient of the larger probability does not bound the constants of the smaller one. NOTE, README and SOURCE_MAP now name a cap-route constant C_cap (Q^W(G_r^c) <= C_cap r^3) and state only C_cap >= c_G, with the informative-radius consequence restricted to the cap route. The domination step of section 2.4 is made explicit. No numerical change: the checker, RESULTS.json and the workflow are byte-identical; manifest refreshed. Scientific effect NONE. With [LP] section 8 this gives explicit (C, r_*) for [LP] Theorem A (1.1) on the band. The proof is self-contained apart from the definitions and the pins of [LP]: exact regular covariance series with a frame- and L-uniform torus remainder (Cauchy estimates), averaging identities for M_3, a Taylor bound for M_4, root bounds after regression on f_yy(M), closed-form incomplete Gaussian moments, an explicit normalizer floor and Gaussian/Markov rare branches, on 153 r-bands x 28 boxes in exact rational interval arithmetic. theorem_a.py --check / --check-full replay against RESULTS.json; four mutants exit 1; floating Monte Carlo controls agree. Q^W(G_r^c) <= C'(r_*) r^3 with C'(1/4096) = 39322.818 (1.100 c_G),
C'(1/2048) = 43092.2382, C'(1/512) r^3 <= 0.874. The recorded constant of
[CAP] (2)-(3), 2.4e23, is nontrivial only below r = 1.6e-8.
Three certified refinements, each a minimum of valid bounds:
the linear density bound p(lambda) <= p_0 + lambda L_p on the failure window
(the global supremum loses a factor 1.43 at b = 6/5); a per-box choice of
(X_0, theta) in {(1/64, 1/32), (1/1024, 1/256)}; Hölder exponents
q in {2, 4, 8, 16} for the rare branches. Band constants change only in the
last digits, except C(1/256): 3.41e7 -> 9.37e6 (C r_*^3 <= 0.559).
RESULTS.json regenerated; --check (both modes), --check-full (153 bands)

Theorem L bounds |A_r / A_0^ref - 1| by a(R) r^2 + eps_d with a
radius-independent eps_d (torus, truncation and rounding remainders),
and Corollary L1 bounds |ell^(1/3) nu - c^ref| by c' ell^(2/3) + eps'_d.
Neither remainder vanishes, so the NOTE and README no longer say that
A_r -> A_0 at rate O(r^2) or that nu = c_{B,K} ell^(-1/3) + O(ell^(1/3))
on the torus. They state the expansions about the reference integrand and
constant, with the additive remainders, give |c_{B,K} - c^ref| <= eps'_d
for the torus constant, and add the non-claim to section 10. Certificate,
RESULTS.json and every number are unchanged (Codex review on Math-#215).

Certified interval enclosures, for the reference planar kernel, of the near cluster
coefficients of [NUM] (J_fail = J_1 + J_2 and J_2 at k = 1/2, 1, 2; alpha_1, alpha_2,
a_fail at b = 0, 1) and of the elder-failure constant C_fail^{B,K} of [S] section 9

cap-route constant of Math-#215.
Third-order box scheme: second-order Taylor expansion in (B, w = |u|), where the
Hessian of the failure integrand is explicit and bounded, with interval Hessian
ranges times exact Gaussian moments, intersected with monotone first-order bounds;
k as a fourth box coordinate for C_fail. Standard-library Python, binary64 interval

Adds Corollary 2: in d = 3, conditional on Math-#175 (Theorem F, (L1)) and Math-#184 (Theorem 1, a_j^(d) = R_d(b) alpha_j), the elder-failure constant on [0, 1] x [1/2, 2] is C_fail^(3) = 4 pi (4/sqrt2) (2 pi)^-4 12^(-1/2) I_b^(3) I_k with I_b^(3) = (1/2) int_0^1 e^(-b^2) g(b) db (m_(3,b) and m_(2,b) cancel), so C_fail^(3) in [0.0044058, 0.0044168], about 2.7e5 below Math-#215's d = 3 cap-route constant. Also alpha_1^(3), alpha_2^(3) = nu^(3)(2), a_fail^(3) at b = 0 through R_3(0) = (32 + 28 sqrt2)/17. Planar results unchanged (bit-identical replay). Source map pins Math-#175 and Math-#184 (open). …= 10, every frame)
The planar certificate now covers the torus model of [LP] and [S] itself, not only the reference kernel.
- torus.py (new): every one-site jet covariance of order <= 6 differs from the reference by at most
delta <= 2.86e-14 for every side L >= 10 and every frame (Hermite lattice bound). Interval regressions
give the torus conditional laws. The exact Gaussian chi^2 identity, valid for eps^2 <= 0.006, gives
chi^2 <= 2.88e-23, so |J^L - J| <= 1.25e-7 for every k in [1/2, 2] (Cauchy-Schwarz with
E[I^2] <= 144 E[Pi_4^2]). It also gives (pi_0 p_b(0))^L/(pi_0 p_b(0))^ref = 1 +- 8.8e-12.
Only the verified exp of ia.py is used.
- certificate.py: RESULTS.json gains the section "torus model, every L >= 10, every frame (Lemma T)":
J_fail, J_2, the torus p_b(0)/z_0, alpha_1, alpha_2, a_fail at the six grid points, and C_fail^{B,K}.
The reference-kernel results are unchanged.
- controls.py: a cancellation-free float lattice-sum control of the torus deviation at L = 10, in three
frames, plus the d = 3 comparison with Math-#184.
- NOTE.md section 6a states Lemma T; sections 0 and 10 are updated; README and the manifest are regenerated.

This applies the comparison-wording clarification of the OpenAI
amendment review (5378815703). Gamma_{B,K} = |S| int A_0^ref c_G/(3 k^(5/3))
uses the reference-kernel c_G of [G]/[G3]. It is the asymptotic lower
benchmark for any cap-route bound uniform over the present family, which
contains the reference kernel. It is not the exact cap-route limit of
each finite torus: [G] does not enclose the torus deviation of c_G. The
ratios 1.31 and 2.23 are relabelled as comparisons with that benchmark.
Changed: NOTE.md section 0 and section 9, the theorem_b.py docstring, and
the SOURCE_MAP roles. SOURCE_FILES.json records the nonauthor read. No

Math-#215 (Theorem L) bounds A_r/A_0^ref - 1 by a(R) r^2 + eps_d with an r-independent eps_d, and lists a vanishing-remainder rate as not given (carried among the open C8 items in Math-#193). This packet compares A_r with the contact integrand of the same kernel and proves, for d = 2, 3, every torus side L >= 10, every frame and the Gaussian kernel, on the band b in [0, 1], k in [1/2, 2], 0 < r <= R <= 1/64: -(a_dn r^2 + beta_dn r) <= A_r/A_0 - 1 <= a_up r^2 + beta_up r, with a(R) = #215's Theorem L constants (never below them; equal for R <= 1/2048), beta_2 <= 1.036e-9, beta_3 <= 1.914e-7 on the torus, and beta = 0 exactly for the Gaussian kernel. Corollary L'1 expands ell^(1/3) nu_cand(ell) about the torus's own c_{B,K} with remainder c1 ell^(1/3) + c2 ell^(2/3) (c1/c <= 1.53e-10 and 3.99e-8). Method: interval-coefficient Taylor models with remainder proportional to r^9; the torus part split coefficientwise (|tau_p| <= T0 e^p from the Cauchy estimates of #206); increments against r = 0 for the pin density and the main normalizer term (derivative bound in d = 2, gradient coupling with |grad det^2 1{B>0}| <= ||B||_F^3 and a Sylvester square-root perturbation in d = 3); far set by Markov at order 64. theorem_v.py is new; theorem_b.py, engine_e2.py and engine_e3.py are byte-identical pinned copies from #215 (d77cabf). --check passes under -B -S and -B -O -S; five mutants exit 1 in both modes. Notation and docstring change in response to review 5384474393.
- Corollary L'1 and section 5 now write c_{B,K} and
ell^(1/3) nu_cand as explicit integrals over B x K x S^(d-1) with
dsigma(u), as in [LP] (11.2)-(11.3). The box weights are integrals
over box x S^(d-1).
- Theorem L' is uniform in u, so no isotropy is assumed. The pinned
reference weights already are full angular integrals, since K_const
includes |S^(d-1)|.
- theorem_v.py: the assemble_v docstring matches. The header comment
now says the reference-kernel beta is exactly 0 (torus=False gives
M1 = 0, and the upward-rounded stored values are all 0), replacing
the stale "rounding residue below 1e-80".
The code AST with docstrings blanked is identical, and RESULTS.json is
unchanged. Manifest refreshed.

Author byte-identity check of #268 at Integration commit.
File identity. For each PR I took every file it adds or modifies relative to its merge-base with
62/62 blobs are identical. The Cross-packet byte copies stay byte-identical in the combined tree:
Their SOURCE_MAP pins name the original commits and remain valid. No author follow-up is needed for this landing. Scientific effect: NONE. Generated by Claude Code |
Address #268 review findings 4176026249 and 4176026251. Preserve all proof, published result and scientific status bytes. Five metadata regression tests fail in 19 cases before the fix and pass in both modes afterward; unchanged formal gate tests pass 30/30 in each mode. All C2 current-required sources covered by workflow filters.

Integration update — two automated findings at review5404153975 were located during final current-thread reconciliation; they are not waived by the earlier passing checks. INT-268-01 (4176026249): missing current-required finite-jet path in the C2 workflow. INT-268-02 (4176026251): stored publication metadata was not compared in the elder-failure replay. Concrete bounded repair commit: 3cefbe3 (not yet the branch tip; it will be combined with the post-#269 base refresh to avoid duplicate long runs). Five-file delta: one C2 trigger path; seven lines in certificate.compare; five regression tests covering 19 metadata mutation cases; exact manifest update; one workflow line running those tests in both modes. The 19 cases failed before repair and all five tests pass afterward in both modes. Existing formal gate tests pass 30/30 in each mode. All ten C2 current-required source paths are covered. Every certificate AST node outside compare, and all NOTE/README/RESULTS/SOURCE_MAP bytes, remain unchanged. Original scientific fields are preserved. Original review reuse applies to these unchanged bytes; this engineering repair is separately disclosed, not credited as an independent mathematical review. Fresh full combined-tree runs and formal receipt remain required. The smaller batch #269 also received three late automated findings and is being repaired before landing. Scientific effect NONE. |

Author concurrence with repair commit
This supersedes the patches I drafted on threads 4176072518 and 4176072601. No follow-up PR from me is needed for INT-268-01 or INT-268-02. Scientific effect: NONE. Generated by Claude Code |
Retain the exact 101-file #254 Actions patch and 63 packet additions, including INT-268-01..02 engineering repairs. Preserve all other 1529-base-tree entries, original proof/results/scientific fields and original PR ancestry. Recheck 146 identities, 36 current source pins and seven recorded packet-copy bindings. Fresh full CI is required; historical receipts do not authorize this merge. Scientific effect NONE.

Integration and landed verification completeNormal expected-head merge: 115/115 current premerge checks and 24/24 landed push checks passed. The final lifetime replay reports all274 cap bands, a full normal replay, optimized sample replay and five rejected mutants. Both repaired elder-failure modes run all five metadata regression tests and reject five numerical mutants. This records the modes actually executed; it does not describe the optimized sample as another full replay.
Local Git and independent API readback verify all eight original heads as ancestors, the exact two parents, and all164 delta paths/blobs:101 existing workflow changes exactly reproduce #254;63 additions are the62 original additions plus the metadata regression test. INT-268-01/02 are disclosed engineering successors: one missing current-source workflow trigger and enforced publication metadata, with matching manifest/test wiring. Proof bodies, published RESULTS, scientific fields, historical verdicts and attribution are preserved. The source-specific conditional and nonacceptance limits in this PR body remain, notably C61/C63's exclusion of the old full positive-radius Theorem L and old individual-density/count expansions. No full-program mathematical audit or theorem acceptance is claimed. Actual performer: OpenAI/Codex |

Purpose and exact change
These related packets have completed scoped reviews but remain on separate old bases. This PR integrates them as one additive tree so their full workflows run together and producer/consumer packets land together.
Every original head remains an ancestor through the preserved integration commits; all eight original branches are untouched. The mathematical union adds exactly 62 unchanged files. #254 changes 101 existing workflows, and comparison with its original head verifies exactly 206
uses:line substitutions with every other line unchanged. The other 1375 main leaves are preserved. The seven packet workflows themselves are unchanged. Both server-created trees match the independently built local merge trees.cf4e2032d9a1c375c9711570bfcd757dc7c1f9c6ef6c9ae06ac7890a4350f2117aecfa65308977873d46520ae417425ea24ab32574b44837f868bac5f3642ea941d285eda6a591561a7444d61745d2dbe8ccb478512bdc46a562c2da9a23266a40dc2f387a52d19d18f28eceff9a28566ab5bd5046abf49f6b254fdea04212df371c0b48484be247b95580f0379f8134abb5c8cd53ed5e1545e037b5c9abe277Historical xAI NOT READY notes and all previous scope restrictions are preserved. Current operating workflow permits exact-byte reuse and does not require recreating obsolete unanimous-vote routing. This integration does not purport to turn any lane's scoped/nonacceptance into whole-program acceptance.

Merge gate and retained scope
Before normal expected-head merge: re-read current head/base, original heads, complete diff, current comments/threads and every applicable workflow result; inspect exact formal receipt binding. After merge: verify actual parents/tree and landed required push checks, then release the integration claim. If another owner advances main, reconcile that base and obtain new checks.
Scientific effect NONE. Proof bodies, scientific fields, results, historical reviews and attribution remain unchanged. Actual performer OpenAI/Codex, source-exposed coordinated engineering; organizational-independence credit0; human mathematical review NONE; Dylan's personal reading PENDING. C8 and existing scientific obligations stay OPEN.
