Lean: same-law weight perturbation and stable normalization - #292

Seven additive declarations derive a positive perturbed normalizer and uniform measurable-event bounds from a genuine L1 error under one measure. Preserve the earlier forty theorem proofs, hardened gate and dependency pins. Dylan Roy — delegated AI work; actual performer OpenAI / GPT-6 Astra Pro. Scientific effect NONE. Each report is only propext, Classical.choice, Quot.sound. Controls: false_fold and false_power REJECTED_BY_LEAN; sorry, custom_imported, and native REJECTED_BY_AXIOM_GATE. alignment_status in that receipt is PENDING_INDEPENDENT_REVIEW. formalization_status kernel-checked is the gate's execution label.
Lineage validator and #281
lineage_identity checks declared strings. It rejects a missing, blank, or listed-placeholder provider / family / agent, and check_alignment rejects any of those three fields matching the reviewer, a partial or duplicate target list, a non-ACCEPTED disposition, and a mismatched manifest or scope digest. The helper's fixture table found no review that this function accepts while the written contract calls it malformed.
The validator cannot authenticate identities. LINEAGE_VALIDATION.md says it does not discover undeclared proposers, detect aliases, or infer a provider from a role name. A JSON string that differs in all three fields passes even if it names the same person. That is the documented boundary, not a failed reject.
#281 stays WITHHELD for a reason this checker cannot remove. The moment-generality candidate's proposer entry used a placeholder provider (UNKNOWN on the #277 author). The erratum in reviews/moment_generality_alignment_claude_20261005/ERRATUM.md withdraws the idea that flipping disposition to ACCEPTED was enough: the hardened gate rejects that placeholder, and the candidate's manifest digest is not this 47-target manifest. Supplying a real provider is external evidence. Local metadata can refuse a placeholder; it cannot prove who the proposer was.
No minimal source repair follows from this read. The nonblocking <;> hint at WeightPerturbation.lean:73 remains a linter note, not a theorem defect.

formal/ResearchFormalCoreR1/WeightPerturbation.leanextends40 targets to47. For one arbitrary measure μ, integrable a.e.-nonnegative W,V, reference lower normalizerc <= ∫Vwith c>0, and genuine L1 budget∫|W−V| <= δ <= c/2, the main theorem establishes∫W >= c/2;weightedLaw μ WandweightedLaw μ Vare probability measures;|P_W(A)-P_V(A)| <= 2δ/c.The r² version assumes reference
>=c*r², error<=η*r², η<=c/2 and r>0. It gives lower(c*r²)/2and event error<=2η/c, with no r<=1 requirement. The constant2 is not claimed optimal for weighted laws, and no total-variation API/norm convention is instantiated.The five supporting declarations prove ordinary/set integral error, lower-normalizer loss, nonnegative event-integral bounds and scalar ratio stability. The scalar identity is
a/z-b/t=((a-b)+(a/z)*(t-z))/t, with0<=a/z<=1 and reference denominator t. Actual integrability, the common μ and the common event are in the types. Error-budget nonnegativity follows from the hypotheses.Boundaries and preservation
The ambient measure may be infinite. This is not a transfer between different base laws; applications need a legitimate common-measure representation. No particular field L1 estimate, positive reference floor, Gaussian/Palm identification, convergence rate, QS transfer or persistence theorem is proved. A small absolute error alone is insufficient near a zero normalizer;
|∫(W−V)|cannot replace∫|W−V|.Earlier40 proof bytes/six modules, hardened gate/lineage validator, all nine dependency pins, Lean/mathlib versions, workflows, original failures, attribution and scientific registers remain unchanged. The new module imports WeightedLaw directly. Exact mathematical scope is

The unchanged gate independently enforces complete declaration coverage. Nine paths differ from base: eight source/companion paths and the preserved initial build log.
Test-first and compiler-repair history
Sixteen focused tests first produced four expected missing-source failures in both modes, then passed16/16 after implementation and again after repair. They include4776 admissible event comparisons across597 finite weight pairs, signed/nonunit/null/half-budget/r>1 cases and countermodels for omitted normalization, signed-integral cancellation, cross-base substitution, clipping and zero normalization. The implementation/audit-response scope is complete and released. A nonauthor integrator can take a recorded slot after current queue reconciliation, refresh from actual main without changing the reviewed formal subtree, obtain fresh exact-run evidence and use an expected-head guarded merge if all applicable requirements hold. No repeated statement review is needed for a source-identical refresh. The previous successful run is not relabeled evidence for a newer base, and no controller/lineage/scientific disposition is silently changed.
