Replaces #1117. The earlier review discussion remains on that PR.
This PR adds the desktop app's pages: Overview, Routes, Connect tools, Usage, Sessions, and Settings.
On first launch, setup lets users choose the server config, address, routing log, optional price file, baseline model, and refresh interval. Settings uses the same form for later changes. Existing app settings or a default server config skip setup, including after reinstall. Invalid existing files show an error for repair in Settings. A fresh installation waits for saved app settings before starting the server.
Settings can reopen setup or remove app preferences after showing the exact file. Removal keeps a recovery copy and preserves server configs, keys, history, accounts, and coding-tool settings. The installed server reads the selected files and port when it starts and stays bound to
127.0.0.1.The desktop pages use the terminal app's controller actions and confirmation steps. The Routes page keeps drafts per server config file and ignores model-list replies from an endpoint that is no longer selected. The app reuses the health-check worker from #1084, so repeated checks cannot start more workers while a name lookup is stuck.
This PR also adds the controller IPC commands and native tray menu used by these pages. The basic status window was introduced earlier in #1137, before print mode and the TUI. The tray popup follows in #1115.
