This PR adds the stylesheet, searchable combobox, and usage-chart assets for the expanded desktop pages in #1139. The basic status window continues to use its own small frontend.
The combobox matches every word in the query and ranks contiguous matches first. Charts use a bundled ECharts build with its license and notice files. Tables show exact values, including cache writes.
