This PR adds the desktop and terminal app quickstart in
crates/switchyard-desktop/README.md. It covers installation, server keys, routes, harness settings, sessions, usage and savings, recovery, and uninstall. After this PR, the tree matches #976 except for theForm::choicesclippy fix.
