What changes

The plan, .claude/plans/d-onnx-relalg-cap-v1.md. It corrects the capstone proposal after three adversarial reviews.

• ONNX is an import membrane. The ONNX GraphProto stays the graph. There is no new AST, no ONNX rewrite pass and no ONNX interpreter.

• An imported model is accepted only if every op is in an admitted subset; otherwise the reader refuses it with a typed reason. The default is REFUSED.

• lance-graph-relalg takes only the Boolean/compare/reduce fragment: Not/And/Or, int32 comparisons against a scalar, and ReduceSum/Min/Max on int32 with stated empty-input and overflow adapters.

• Value maths has no existing home: arithmetic, MatMul, Exp/Tanh/Mish. Adding it to relalg would turn relalg into a value-producing IR, against its own charter and D-RA-2. This is left to the operator (OP-ONNX-1).

• Gather*, Scatter*, NonZero, Unique and Compress are refused, because they address values by position and ADMISSION B forbids that.

• No float law is admitted.

• "Certified" is used only for egglog-proved associativity of Boolean-Distinct relation composition (probe(dr-math): associativity of Boolean relation composition [5/5] #1707, reused in dr-math-binding-probe: L1, reuse a D-DRMC-5 certificate on a fresh frame (X8) #1740). Every other stage is a differential test, named as one.

• The original DR64³ plan was not found.

  • No file in the repo contains DR64³, DR256³, 64×64×64 or 64x64x64.
  • Branch ccr-e97e5d58-1bkumg-cartesian12 is shader work.
  • None of the 23 "cartesian" PRs is that plan.

  The plan's DR64³ section is a new proposal and is labelled as such. 64³ and 256³ sizes are arithmetic only; nothing is measured.

• Open-points register: OP-ONNX-1..14. It covers the value-maths home, the importer dependency (options A–E), the bit-position scan against the D-RU-6 address rule, the missing independent proof checker, certificate rebinding beyond dr-math-binding-probe: L1, reuse a D-DRMC-5 certificate on a fresh frame (X8) #1740, the prover revision a certificate does not record, and the proof objects datafrog, Ascent and MeTTa/MORK/PathMap would produce.

Board closeout (separate commits):

• STATUS_BOARD:
  • D-TGA-5D set to Shipped (thought-git-probe: Probe D (D-TGA-5D), protected readers of a squash #1739).
  • The D-TGA-5 file attribution corrected: probe(D-TGA-5): squash the chain of origin into the most-updated lane, gated on contradiction; blame survives #1736 added only tests/squash_gate.rs.
  • New rows D-ONNX-0/1/3.
• IDEAS, dated amendments:
  • X8: dr-math-binding-probe: L1, reuse a D-DRMC-5 certificate on a fresh frame (X8) #1740 ran the fresh-frame half; the catalogue multi-binding half and X6/X7/X16/X18 are still unrun.
  • The "no certified compiler" row: certify_reassociation is an issuer; the single-operand path still refuses.
• PR_ARC_INVENTORY: catch-up entries for probe(P-S2): a Palette256 compose table does not survive two hops #1726–board: coresearch map — Julia e-graphs vs egglog/datafrog/Ascent; Lisp vs Prolog for MeTTa #1741, from the merge commits. Hygiene-only PRs get no entry.
• LATEST_STATE: a "main after board: coresearch map — Julia e-graphs vs egglog/datafrog/Ascent; Lisp vs Prolog for MeTTa #1741" section; the contract inventory is unchanged.
• INTEGRATION_PLANS: an index entry for the new plan.
• Board entry entries/2026-10-23-d-onnx-relalg-cap-s0.md; entries/README.md regenerated with the tool.

How it was produced

• Haiku scouts (facts only): the relalg map, the ONNX operator vocabulary from upstream commit 0c8af065 (ONNX 1.23.0 = IR 14 / opset 28; 203 default-domain ops), the DR64³ search, the dependency census and the board quotes.
• Three Opus reviews: the minimal seam, the Cartesian landing zone, and an adversarial pass. The adversarial pass raised 4 blocking findings, all adopted.
• Drafting: Sonnet wrote the plan and entry, and the PR_ARC catch-up.
• Verification: the orchestrator re-checked every scout and spot-checked the reviewers' citations against the source. Three statements in the draft were wrong and are fixed:
  • datafrog and Ascent had been dropped as proof engines, contrary to the operator rule;
  • a "REFUTED" row had no source;
  • a Boolean-MatMul claim did not hold.

Checks

• append_only_gate.py origin/main: OK, 11 protected files checked, none shortened.
• fruits_index.py --check: OK. entries_index.py --write: regenerated. supersession_index.py: no diff.

Not done (needs an owner)

• STATUS_BOARD rows for D-DRMC: those are CC2's, so I will ask on EXO-50.
• The wording fix at dr-mathematical-compiler-v1.md:79, which calls egglog's self-check "independent" (OP-ONNX-9). It belongs to the owner of that plan.
