Bump Capt to version 0.1.1, build 2, for the next downloadable release. This includes the app icon and the accumulated caption, appearance, resize, and language-model status improvements since 0.1.
After the required build passes and this PR merges, tag the merged commit v0.1.1 to trigger CI packaging and publishing. Downloads remain ad-hoc signed and not notarized.
Validation: Info.plist lint, five release metadata tests, and git diff --check pass.
