Capt's app bundle now uses the supplied logo as its macOS application icon. The original PNG is preserved, a generated ICNS is bundled before code signing, and build-icon.sh reproduces the icon sizes. The menu bar keeps its existing caption status symbol.
Document the distinction between browser download blocks, unidentified-developer launch warnings, and damaged-app alerts. Public builds remain ad-hoc signed until Developer ID signing and notarization are configured.
Validation: local release app, DMG, and ZIP built successfully; bundle icon matches the committed ICNS; signature verification and package checksums pass. The generated 128px icon was visually checked against the supplied image.
