The old chip showed the job's hidden is_interviewing flag as if it were the applicant's status. Read-only checks on NUworks: the flag is on the job (also on jobs nobody applied to), nearly always alongside its Hiring Status "Interviewing"; students never see whom an employer picked. Each update now keeps the job's Hiring Status and when it starts and stops interviewing or turns Filled (jobs.application_answer). Applied rows show "job interviewing", then "job stopped interviewing" or "job filled" (sheet.maybe_filled), and the update sends one message per change, since withdrawing frees the row's place in the total. Every update, the 2-hourly internship run, deploys and the Sunday check-in each sent messages of their own, several a day. Now the morning run sends one message with a short line for each thing that applies (new jobs with the best one, what closes, to-dos with their Mark links, what to withdraw, what other runs kept for it, the week's count, what is wrong), and a problem is told when it happens, at most once a day per problem (daily.alert); the morning run's own problems go in its message. The assistant's pings, a failed deploy and device pairing are unchanged. The weekly timer stays installed and sends nothing. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
…closes this week Internship rows on Apply showed only when they were posted, even when the company's posting gives a close date (the Review card had it). Now they show it like co-op rows do, else "no close date · posted N days ago". Oracle's posting end date and Greenhouse's deadline field are read too (postings.end_day, which drops far-off placeholders), and postings saved before from Oracle are read once more for the date alone (intern.redate). The morning message's "Closing soon" line now covers Approved rows on both tabs that close within a week, soonest first with the day, plus pool co-ops and internships closing within 3 days. Since short links became the posting's own link on the listing, a sheet row added earlier with a go.vansh.nyc link no longer matched it: no match, pay or close date on Apply, and the morning message's Closing soon line missed it.
