Replace package:flutter/material.dart with the standalone material_ui package in the package, tests, tools and the example, example_ai_chat and widgetbook apps. BREAKING CHANGE: apps must migrate to material_ui as well. The minimum SDK is now Dart 3.12 and Flutter 3.44. Fixes useval#152
