📚 Description

Harlan picked take C, "Centered and quiet", from the hero lab. This PR puts it on the home page in place of the split hero: the trending rail, the agent chips, the intro paragraph and the promo chip all go. The four tiles and every band below them stay as they are.

• The hero stacks the H1 with its rose dot, the CLI verb line, one caption, one search field and one mono claims line. The Braille names texture sits at the sides in stone, at low strength.
• The verbs link to /cli#search, /cli#run, /cli#install and /cli#update. "The skilld CLI →" links to /cli. feat(cli): add the /cli landing page and a CLI header link #435 adds that page, so it should merge first.
• The caption says 19 agents. The CLI defines AGENT_TARGETS: [AgentTarget; 19] in crates/skilld-core/src/target.rs, both in v3.6.0 and on main. The site's app/utils/agents.ts lists 12, so the caption does not use it.
• HomeSearch gets the calm field from the lab. The solid button is gone. A / hint sits in the field, and it becomes an Enter key control once you type. Results open over the content below. app.vue already hides the header search on /, so only one panel opens. When the query is a GitHub URL, the submit control is labelled "Index repository".
• The rail's selection code and fallback data are deleted (app/utils/homepage-person-skills.ts, app/data/homepage-person-skills.ts), with their CSS and the unused .home-display rules. SkillSourceList and AGENT_LOGOS stay, because the Skill page still uses them.
• COPY.md records the verb line, the CLI link and the caption, and drops the old intro row. DESIGN.md replaces the split hero rule with the centered one.
• The page <title>, the meta description and the "Hyped agent skills" text do not change. The SEO experiment and the production smoke check see the same page head.

Wording note: "finds and tracks skills" uses "track" as a verb, and GLOSSARY.md defines a track as a page of Skills. Harlan approved the caption wording, so it ships as written.

• The "Teach your agent skilld" popover shows npx skilld install skilld --global.
• The browser console logged no errors. The dev HTML validator reports no new findings; the remaining table findings come from the existing weekly email preview.
