feat(home): replace the four tiles with a six-step lifecycle band - #439

Conversation
The tiles covered four pitches and left out install, fork, making a Skill and the CLI's update path. The band shows the whole product, site and CLI together, in the order a dev meets it, without adding to the hero. Run carries the band's one rose dot because it is the default.

📚 Description
Harlan wants the home page to show the whole product, the site and the CLI, without making the hero busy again. The four tiles under the hero covered four pitches. They left out install, fork, making a Skill, and the CLI's update path.
This PR replaces the tiles with one band of six steps in their real order. Each step is one link.
/skills/trending/cli#run/cli#installnpx skilld outdated./cli#update/make-skill/developers#trendingsection when it rendered, "Keep updated" linked#freshness, and the run tile linked/docs/cli#skilld-run.npx skilld outdatedthroughskillOutdatedCmdfromshared/skill-commands.ts, so the grammar gate covers it.app/components/HomeLifecycle.vueholds the band and has an axe test. The tile markup, trendingDoorTargetand the.home-door*rules inmain.cssare deleted.COPY.mdreplaces the four tile rows with six step rows.DESIGN.mdrecords the band as a 2026-10-06 decision.GLOSSARY.mdand the "hyped" exception now say "step" where they said "tile".<title>and meta description do not change, so the SEO experiment sees the same page head.
