classifier: portable run commands and a current status note - #857

The README, validate.py, and classifier.py docstrings ran the instrument under the owner's laptop venv path and pointed at files in the private dissertation repository a forker cannot see. They now run `python -m …` from the repo root, name the oracle by its package path, and describe the classifier as the instrument in use rather than a scaffold.
