Binding grammar/schema with XML catalogs #574

Today we manage Binding grammar/schema with the binding type:

• standard
• XML association:

It should be nice to support the XML catalogs binding type.

When catalogs binding type will be selected, it should show for instance a list of namespace coming from registered catalogs, and when a namespace is selected it insert xmlns attribute with the given namespace. (It's just idea but it requires to study more mechanism of xml catalogs). Any idea are welcome!
