chore: install jest and run the tests in CI - #736
Merged
Merged
Conversation
The repo carried a jest config and a test script but no jest, so nothing could run. Adds jest, ts-jest and @types/jest 29 (matching TypeScript 4.9), a Tests workflow on pull requests and main, and a first spec for the pagination rules. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

What this does
The repo had a jest config in
package.jsonand atestscript, but jest itself was never installed, so no test could run. This addsjest,ts-jestand@types/jest29 (the line that supports TypeScript 4.9), a Tests workflow that runsyarn teston every pull request and onmain, and a first spec covering the pagination rules so the job has something real to run.#734 builds on this and adds specs for the aggregate write handling.
