Motivation and Context
This PR adds support for IT-Wallet technical specifications 1.4. To avoid code duplication and bloating, all 1.3.3 implementations have been migrated to 1.4.6, as version 1.3 will not be used anymore.
How Has This Been Tested?
Tested in the Issuer pre environment. Be sure to reset the 1.4.6 version from the settings.
