This PR updates the IT-Wallet technical specification to version 1.4.6. Since the implementation details are handled by
io-react-native-walletand IO Wallet SDK, the bulk of this PR covers the renaming of Wallet Unit Attestation to Key Attestation.List of changes proposed in this pull request
