Adds support for the KEBA KeContact E10 as an EVU/grid meter.

Features:

  • Modbus TCP communication
  • Configurable IP address / hostname
  • Configurable Modbus TCP port
  • Configurable Modbus unit ID
  • Total active power
  • Imported and exported energy
  • Per-phase voltage
  • Per-phase current
  • Per-phase active power
  • Per-phase power factor
  • Grid frequency

The implementation has been tested with a physical KEBA KeContact E10.
If the review does not reveal any issues, inclusion in an upcoming stable release would be appreciated.

Is it possible to provide a link to the register documentation or name the source for the register addresses?

The Modbus register mapping can be downloaded from the manufacturer's website: https://www.keba.com/de/emobility/service-support/downloads/downloads

Currently, it is listed there under the URL https://www.keba.com/download/x/052f09a75c/e10_modbus_register_list_v100.xlsx
