After #390, the post-deploy smoke check failed twice, on the first run and on a re-run. /api/search answered 503 (Cloudflare's HTML error page, after 9–12 s) in two or three locales per run, once several locale indexes had been built in one Worker isolate. The deploy rolled back both times. Before #390, the same check passed with each search taking 3.6–5.3 s. The extra ja pages push search over the Worker's resource limit, so main cannot deploy until search builds less per isolate. The pages come back after that fix. 3bbc710, the post-deploy smoke check failed on main CI run 40862958838, on the first attempt and again on a re-run. Both times the deploy rolled back on its own, so docs.objectos.ai is still serving the #389 version. The failure card is #391./api/searchanswered 503 for zh-Hant, de and fr. Each 503 was Cloudflare's HTML error page, after 9–10 s./api/searchanswered 503 for es and fr, after 10–12 s, and then for the en nonce control.The search route (
apps/docs/app/api/search/route.ts) keeps one Orama index per locale, built on that locale's first search, in a module-level map that is never emptied. Once an isolate has built several locales' indexes, it hits the Worker's resource limit, and #390's extra ja content was enough to tip it over. Until search builds less per isolate,maincannot deploy, and that blocks every docs PR, not only the ja ones.Then
