Documents changes from microsoft/aspire#20255

@mitchdenny

Target branch: Targeting release/17.0 based on the source PR milestone 17.0 (exact match on microsoft/aspire.dev).

Why

microsoft/aspire#20255 upgrades the dashboard's embedded terminal integration to Hex1b 0.171.0 and adds several user-facing dashboard features that weren't previously documented:

  • An overlay scrollbar that retains up to 200 "command marks" so users can jump back to previous command output.
  • A new terminal header showing workload title, working directory (click-to-copy, with screen-reader announcements), and a progress indicator.
  • A new Palette control in the terminal footer (Dark/Light), independent of the dashboard's own theme, with migration from the old theme-following preference.
  • Dock tab improvements: drag-and-drop and keyboard (Alt+Shift+Left/Alt+Shift+Right) reordering, horizontal scroll buttons, an overflow fade, and fixed creation-time tab titles.

These are all end-user-visible dashboard terminal behaviors, so src/frontend/src/content/docs/dashboard/terminals.mdx needed updates.

What changed

  • src/frontend/src/content/docs/dashboard/terminals.mdx:
    • Added "Navigate scrollback and copy terminal metadata": describes the overlay scrollbar, the 200-command-mark retention/eviction behavior, click-to-jump and tooltip behavior on marks, and the copyable title/working-directory metadata (including UNC path compaction).
    • Added "Choose a terminal color palette": describes the Dark/Light footer selector, that it's independent from the dashboard theme in Settings, the default and migration behavior, and forced-colors (high-contrast) handling.
    • Extended the keyboard-navigation table with the new tab-reordering shortcut and added a short paragraph on drag-to-reorder, tab-strip scroll buttons/overflow fade, and that dock tabs keep their creation-time title.

No new pages were created; this is an update to the existing terminals.mdx guide, which was already the canonical page for resource/dock terminal usage.

Notes for the reviewer

This is a draft PR — please review the new sections for accuracy against the current Hex1b 0.171.0 behavior described in the source PR, since the source PR's own validation notes mention one unrelated palette/dock harness step that timed out on an outdated selector (not something these docs describe).
