Rebuild the login screen - #10

Each step runs in the background, so the screen keeps drawing and shows a spinner while the server answers. Errors show under the field they concern, and the sign-in step takes an API key instead of a password for accounts that use OIDC. The time zone is found by typing and starts at the machine's own, and the date format is sent as the three-letter code the server stores.

Rebuilds the login screen on the new look with each step running in the background, so it never freezes while signing in, and adds signing in with an API key for OIDC accounts.
