Adds the pages Firewood was missing (History, Playlists, collections, chapters and transcripts, finding and subscribing to podcasts) and uses the web app's custom themes. Stacked on #10.

Shapes follow the rust-api handlers. fetch_transcript reports a failed fetch
with a 200 and success: false, which comes back here as an error; directory
search passes on Podcast Index's or iTunes' own answer, which is read into one
type, leaving out entries without a feed.
Started from a playlist, an episode isn't moved up the queue, and when it ends
the playlist's next episode plays, as in the web and mobile apps. Once the
playlist runs out the queue takes over again.
Custom themes made in the web app come as CSS colors; they get the same
readability fallbacks as the built-in ones.
History and Playlists are new sidebar entries; existing sidebar orders get them
at the end. Saved lists your collections when you have more than the default
one, and c adds the selected episode to one. Now Playing and episode details
switch between notes, chapters and transcript with v, the transcript follows
playback, and . and , step between chapters. Search's f finds new podcasts on
Podcast Index, iTunes and YouTube to subscribe to, and U twice unsubscribes.
When the web app's theme is a custom one, Firewood now uses it.
