- Bump @babel/core and @babel/preset-env together to ^8.0.6. Individual Dependabot PRs #120 and #121 each bump one package, leaving the other on v7 which peer-depends on core ^7 and breaks npm ci with ERESOLVE. - Simplify .github/dependabot.yml to a single group per ecosystem (all-actions, all-npm-dependencies with patterns ['*']) so future updates, including majors, arrive as one PR.

Problem: #120 bumps @babel/core 7.29.6→8.0.6 alone, #121 bumps @babel/preset-env 7.29.5→8.0.6 alone. Each leaves the other on v7, whose peer dep
@babel/core ^7.0.0-0conflicts with core 8, sonpm cifails with ERESOLVE and both Check dist/ and JavaScript Tests fail.Fix:
npm ci,format:check,lint,ci-test(15 passed),svg,packageall pass. dist/index.js unchanged (rollup build does not use babel)..github/dependabot.ymlto one group per ecosystem (all-actions,all-npm-dependencieswithpatterns: ['*']) so all updates including majors arrive in a single PR per ecosystem. Cross-ecosystem single PR is not supported by Dependabot.After merge, #120 and #121 should be closed as superseded.
