Superseded by #123, which bumps @babel/core and @babel/preset-env together to ^8.0.6. Individual bumps conflict via peer dep (@babel/preset-env 7 requires core ^7) and break npm ci with ERESOLVE. The new single-group Dependabot config should prevent split major PRs going forward.
