Isolated signing preparation for JoshuaJewell#63 following the maintainer's scope reduction. Seven frontend files only: best reported LWR, explicit missing weights, a saved threshold and focused tests. All sidecar, provenance, pairing, publishing and verdict code is absent.

Validation: bun 1.3.10, 46 frontend tests passed; TypeScript and production build passed. Base is current upstream main 78ffc2f. Squash only into this isolated preparation branch to obtain one Verified commit for the requested replacement; fork main is not the target.
