The DOI units (18–22) in the absorption register are measured stale-parked: the old src/doi implementation left even the fork's branches, and this issue is the roadmap home for the idea, not a build ticket for existing code. A future build starts from the register's lesson — as a unit with the exact Zenodo scope written down first, ask-first before any offer, and it must not assume the old DOI code's design. Stays p3, no sequencing until deliberately opened.
